Gentle Yoga Flow – Thursdays 5:45-6:30pm
Gentle yoga is a slow pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements performed in a sequence. Awareness of the breath, calms the mind and enables you to move deeper into stretches. Reduces stress and anxiety, and helps maintain balance!
Soft Stretch – Friday mornings 10:00-10:45AM
This class is for those who want to stretch out gently and safely and work on maintaining balance. The focus is on stretching, toning, balance and rhythm. Chairs are available so you do not have to get down on the ground. The benefit is to help make everyday movements smooth and comfortable – and have FUN!
