Meet our dear friend Chef Adeline from Burgundy! Each year, we look forward to spending time cooking with Adeline during our annual group trip to the South of France. This March you don’t have to travel far to experience the French way of life and cuisine through Chef Adeline’s delicious dishes prepared with fresh seasonal produce, quality local ingredients and served with a side of French charm.

About Chef Adeline Borra
Adeline is a 100% French chef who's mission is to provide French and Italian cuisine using only the finest, freshest seasonal and local ingredients. Adeline was born and raised in Beaune, Bourgogne, France, and is a chef with an extensive background in wine and gastronomy thanks to her parents, who are wine consultants in Burgundy for over 40 years. She was exposed at an early age to the rich heritage and culture of her homeland’s legendary dishes and wines, and over the years developed a love and strong foundation of creative cooking that was further enhanced by extensive global travel and stints abroad, especially in Italy where she spent 3 years in Torino before moving to Atlanta and most recently back to Burgundy.
