On March 21-24, chefs from around the world—including five in Atlanta—are being called to create a French-style dinner, based around socially responsible cuisine. The initiative, "Goût de France/Good France," hosted by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and France.fr, will be the largest dinner in the world celebrating French gastronomy.
Chefs will pay tribute to the Provence region of France through a sustainable French menu. The five Atlanta restaurants include: The Brasserie at Bazati, AG, Anis Café & Bistro, Atmosphere, and Dunwoody's own Portico Global Cuisine!
Chef Alejandro Rojas has created a sustainable, locally-sourced menu that will delight the senses. Check it out here.
