Italian Night with Chef Lorenzo

Meet our dear friend Chef Lorenzo from Umbria! Each fall, we look forward to spending time with Lorenzo touring, tasting and cooking in the walled city of Orvieto in Umbria during our annual group trip. This January you don’t have to travel far to experience the Tuscan way of life and cuisine through Chef Lorenzo’s delicious dishes prepared with fresh seasonal produce, quality local ingredients and served with a side of Italian charm. 

 

For one night only, Chef Lorenzo will transform our dining room into an Italian trattoria, complete with live tableside pasta making demonstrations! Enjoy handmade pasta with a variety of sauces complete with optional wine pairings. Throughout the evening, you'll also have a chance to meet Chef Lorenzo and get a signed copy of his book to enjoy his authentic recipes time and again with family and friends!
