Your Pie


The concept of Your Pie began in May 2006 when founder Drew French was inspired to cook pizzas in brick ovens during his honeymoon. Visiting his wife’s family on the island of Ischia, Drew fell in love with the brick oven style of baking pizza, and the rest of the Your Pie concept grew from that experience.

After all, the Italians were arguably the most creative influencers of history from art to architecture to food. And Your Pie encourages the consumer to be as creative as they want to be against the backdrop of authentic ingredients and our Italian roots.

From pepperoni and banana peppers to salads and gelatos, we’ve got everything you need to make Your Pie… well, Your Pie.

-Your Trivia: Every Wednesday at 8pm. Bring your friends and come compete with this engaging trivia. First place wins t-shirts and a growler of beer.

-Pi(e)nt Night: Every Thursday at 5pm. We feature a different local brewery and offer pints of their beer for $3.14
-Sunday Funday: Every Sunday after 12:30. All our draft beers are on special for $3.14
