2. Donaldson-Bannister Farm: Historic Wedding Venue in Dunwoody

The Donaldson- Bannister Farm, located on 2.89 acres at the intersection of Chamblee-Dunwoody and Vermack roads, is the perfect spot to say "I Do."

Ceremony sites range from a secluded brick wedding wall to the front of the vintage barn and historic farmhouse, to a lush green fenced meadow.

The circa 1870 farmhouse is listed on both the Georgia and the National Registers of Historic Places, and, along with the grounds, has been lovingly maintained to offer the best combination of Southern charm and modern amenities. It provides private space for up to 60 guests, including tables and Chiavari chairs, a catering prep area, and several rooms that can be easily transformed.

Guest counts of 60-250 are accommodated throughout the property and under our string-lighted gable-tented pavilion next to the rustic barn. The Pavilion can seat approximately 100 guests with space for a dance floor and offers a catering prep area equipped with a standard refrigerator and sink.

The house is open by appointment and can be booked for events such as weddings, corporate events, parties, religious celebrations, holiday parties, reunions, retreats, and meetings of all kinds.
