The Dunwoody 4th of July Parade returns on Saturday, July 4 at 9 a.m. for its 50th anniversary. The parade begins at the intersection of Mt. Vernon Road and Jett Ferry Road and follows a 2.7-mile route through Dunwoody Village.

This year’s parade is part of Dunwoody’s America 250 celebration, so expect festive floats, marching bands, dancers, vintage cars, community leaders and plenty of patriotic fun.

After the parade, stick around Dunwoody Village for the festival with food, sponsor booths, music and parade awards. Then grab lunch, cool off and make your plan for fireworks later that night.
