Dunwoody Preservation Trust in partnership with Dunwoody Crown Towers, Peachtree Rides and the city of Dunwoody present the 21st Annual Lemonade Days Festival!

Dunwoody’s Lemonade Days is an annual, five-day festival held each spring to celebrate the spirit of community and introduce visitors to a number of local Dunwoody vendors. Check out our Insider's Guide here! Lemonade Days bring families together to enjoy more than 30 full-scale carnival rides, more than 20 fabulous food and beverage vendors, three days of center stage performances, the popular Dunwoody Idol contest and, of course, drink lemonade.

During the first three days of the festival, families can browse through arts, crafts and goods from other local vendors. During the weekend, other attractions include a Dunwoody Antique Car Show, and if you’re visiting Dunwoody with small children, Lemonade Days is the place to be: The festival’s Kiddie Land features pony rides, a petting zoo, train rides and other rides suitable for small children, separate from the bigger carnival rides for older kids. Each day will offers something different so be sure to check out the complete Lemonade Days events schedule.

As you’d expect, Lemonade Days features carnival snacks and food trucks as well as live bands playing in a pavilion area. Adults visiting without children may also want to take advantage of the Craft Beer and Wine Garden in the big tent in front of the pavilion for one day each year, where a variety of local craft beers and wine are on hand for sampling.

In partnership with the 21st annual Lemonade Days festival there will also be a Lemonade Days 5k race!  

This is a mostly flat course that winds through the woods, crosses bridges, and takes you through yet another park, all in 3.1 miles. The race starts on a closed street. After about 0.3 miles you make a left and run the rest of the race on a wide concrete path. You finish by the pavilion and where the festival takes place!

Every finisher will receive a soft cotton / poly blended short sleeved t-shirt. We will also have age group awards for the following categories:

- Under age 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
- ​Top 3 Overall Male, Top 3 Overall Male Masters (Age 40+), Top 3 Overall Female and Top 3 Overall Female Masters (Age 40+)

Hosted by the Dunwoody Preservation Trust, all proceeds from Lemonade Days go to charities within the community, including educational programs such as History Alive! and a historic preservation program that continues the restoration of Dunwoody’s old buildings and cemeteries.
