Fall Equinox Sound Bath: Leaf Release and Offering Ritual

Overview

As daylight and darkness come into balance once again, the Autumn Equinox Sound Bath offers a moment to pause, reflect, and gently let go. Participants are invited into a Leaf Release Ritual, receiving a dried leaf on which they may write a word or phrase representing something they are ready to release. After the sound bath’s grounding and restorative tones from crystal and bronze singing bowls, gong, chimes and ocean drum, guests will place their leaves into a communal bowl to be returned to the earth. This simple, symbolic act mirrors nature’s own cycle of shedding and prepares the heart for the inward turn of the season.
