Kick off your weekend with Friday Night Fire at Dunwoody Nature Center! On Friday, August 15th from 7:30–9:00 PM, families are invited to gather around the campfire for a memorable night of hands-on fun and outdoor storytelling. We’ll begin with a short twilight stroll through the woods before settling into our forest fire circle, where a naturalist will guide you through fire-making techniques and share nature-inspired tales centered around fire’s role in the wild.

Enjoy the cozy glow of the flames, learn something new, and bring along your favorite s’mores ingredients to toast by the fire. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly experience designed for kids ages 3–11 and their grown-ups—no camping required!
