Opening Reception: "Ancestry of Belonging"

Join us at the Spruill Gallery (4681 Ashford Dunwoody Road) to celebrate "Ancestry of Belonging," our newest exhibition, with an opening reception. Light refreshments will be available!

On view August 13 – September 11, "Ancestry of Belonging" presents works by Rose M. Barron, Colleen Maria Casey, and Dayna Thacker. Merging the traditional practices of their mediums with contemporary aesthetic practices, Barron, Casey, and Thacker investigate the insights of tradition in a modern world and explore the gifts of understanding and growth bestowed on active participants of a cultural lineage.
