Italian Wine and Cheese Journey

Step through the looking glass and into Italy for an evening of exceptional wine, thoughtfully paired cheeses, and meaningful community support. Hosted by the Dunwoody Preservation Trust, this annual event combines a curated tasting experience with a silent auction featuring unforgettable travel, dining, and entertainment packages.

This year’s tasting features wines from eight distinct regions of Italy, each paired with a complementary cheese selected to highlight the wine’s character. From a lightly sparkling Moscato d’Asti to a bold Primitivo from Puglia, each pairing offers a new perspective on Italy’s diverse wine traditions.

The silent auction features an exciting range of experiences, including vacation home stays in St. Lucia, Dahlonega, and Highlands, North Carolina; a premium Wolf Mountain Vineyards wine basket; a private wine tasting for 12 at Total Wine & More; date‑night and family‑friendly packages; wine baskets; and more.

All proceeds raised go towards the construction of a permanent pavilion for children to enjoy field trips and camp and for others to enjoy all variety of events year-round at the Donaldson-Bannister Farm.
